Her leadership extended to managing union electricians and mastering the intricacies of commercial construction electrical requirements.

By 2019, Tiffany recognized the opportunity to further enhance TechnoSource’s offerings. She expanded the business into electrical and low voltage material supply, leveraging her deepening knowledge of cutting-edge lighting technologies, switchgear, and inventory management. This strategic move marked a significant evolution in the company's capabilities and services.

In 2020, as the company’s vision and scope continued to evolve, Tiffany rebranded TechnoSource Solutions Inc. to iSource Solutions Inc. The new name reflects the company's expanded focus and commitment to delivering comprehensive, innovative solutions across a broader spectrum of industries.
